The International Project From IU Center for Research and Practice in City Policies

Istanbul University Center for Research and Practice in City Policies has been partner the international project headed with “Internationalization of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and increase in the recognition of Polish higher education in Europe”.

The project, which the manager of IU Center for Research and Practice in City Policies Prof. Dr. Murat Şeker and vice-president of City and Regional Planning department at Faculty of Architecture Dr. Mete Başar Baypınar gotten involved is supported by National Academic Exchange Agency (Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej-NAWA).

Project Will Be Carried Out In 7 Different Countries

On the project which will be carried out in 7 different countries, education and research cooperations with urban and regional economic development themed is aimed to develop. The universities which take place among the project partners are: The University of Siena from Italy, University of A Coruña from Spainf, Instituto Politécnico do Porto from Portuguese, Bifröst University from Iceland, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn from Poland and Romanian-American University from Romania.
