Damla Volunteering Movement Volunteers Paid a Visit to Istanbul University

94th period volunteers of Damla Volunteering Movement coordinated by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, paid a visit to Istanbul University Rectorship and met with the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Haluk Alkan.


Hosted by Istanbul University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Haluk Alkan, volunteers gave information about the activities they do within the Damla Volunteering Movement.
The topic of the visitation was the program of 94th period that continues in İstanbul on 22 November-1 December 2019 with 45 volunteers and 3 coordinators. The activities include environmental cleaning, bird-feeder making, visiting nursing homes, love homes and village schools in Istanbul with youngsters who are 18-25 years old from different universities in different cities and different departments. Assistant Secretary General Figen Cihan was also present at the visitation.
The visitation ended with a photoshoot.
