A Cooperation Protocol was signed by Istanbul University and Zarqa University

A protocol of Academic Cooperation and Mevlana Exchange Program consisting of collective academic works and education and cultural cooperation was signed between Istanbul University and the University of Jordan Zarqa in the presence of IU Rector Prof. Dr. Yunus Söylet and Zarqa University rector Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Wadi, on Friday, October 31 in the rectorate building of IU.

Following the signature, Zarqa University Rector Dr. Mahmoud Al-Wadi presented various gitfs to the Rector of IU Prof. Dr. Yunus Söylet. In signing ceremony, IU vice rectors Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, Prof. Dr. Recep Güloğlu, Prof Dr. Şafak Sahir Karamehmetoğlu also were present.

Faculty and Student Exchange Program

Cooperation protocol, which will be valid for five years aims at sharing between two universities the vision and mission of education issues, promoting the relationship between students and academic staff in universities, using the study results of the researches in collective fields, publishing them, increasing experiences in scientific organisations and developing collective researh projects.

Within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Program, exchange of academic staff and students between two universities will be available in accordance with Bologna Process.
