ERASMUS

Erasmus, which takes place in the constitution of Lifelong Learning Programme, is a programme that anticipates and arranges the cooperation in the level of Higher Education. The required studies the objectives of which are to realize our country's benefits from European Union Lifelong Learning Programme as a full participant, have been realized by European Union Education and Youth Programmes Head Office (International Agency). The Agreement for full participance to EU Programmes was signed with European Commission on 8th of May 2004. Turkey had the right to participate in the programmes that are carried out by 30 countries -25 EU countries, 2 candidate countries and 3 EFTA countries- in cooperation with European Commission.
