The manuscripts that fall within the scope of the journal will be sent to the referees for reviewing. Articles must be clear and fluent, and the quality of the English should be checked before the submission. All pages should be numbered consecutively.&nbsp; Turkish characters can be used for the author names and for the references in Turkish.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><br> </span><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Subdivision of the article</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">. Divide your article into clearly defined sections. All headings&nbsp; should be typed in boldface and subheadings should be both in boldface and in italics.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Scientific names.&nbsp; </span></b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Italics should be used for taxonomic names and genes. The complete scientific name (genus, species, authority) must be cited for every organism at the first mention.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Units.</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> The SI system, which includes the metric units should be used. Use negative exponents to indicate units in the denominator (i.e.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> mg.g<sup>-1 </sup>rather than mg/g). </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Abbreviations. </span></b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Necessary explanations of abbreviations should have the form: GR, glutathione reductase; PC, phytochelatin ( in alphabetical order).</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Title. </span></b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">This should be clear and understandable.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Author names and Affiliations.</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Please use Arabic numerals to associate the authors with their addresses.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace: none"><b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Abstract</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">. The abstract should not exceed 150-200 words in length and should briefly state the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Keywords.</span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Immediately after the abstract,&nbsp; provide a maximum of&nbsp; 5 keywords. </span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Corresponding author. </span></b> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">&nbsp;Should include the name, e-mail, fax and telephone number.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt;color:windowtext">I</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">ntroduction. </span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal"> This should be concise and should give the reasons for the present study and its aims. </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Material and methods.&nbsp; </span> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal">Give the full scientific names. All growth and/or laboratory conditions should be properly described. The trade names of apparatus and chemicals used should be given.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Results.</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal"> Write the text as descriptive as possible. Indicate position of the figures and tables in the left hand margin. Refer to the figures and tables as Fig./Figs and Table/Tables.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Discussion.</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal"> This part should be concisely written with the main points of the work with references to the relevant tables, figures and literature. The discussion should not repeat the results.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Acknowledgements. </span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt"> Acknowledgements should shortly include information on grants received etc. and should be given before the list of references. </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Literature citation. </span> <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal">&nbsp;Please use the following forms for the references:</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText3" align="left" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:left"><i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt">Text references.</span></i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-weight: normal">&nbsp; References should be cited in the text as: Langer (2000) or (Langer 2000;&nbsp; Peterson and Oliver 2006; Alvarado et al. 2007). Multiple text references should be cited chronologically.
